My back is feeling nearly 100%, and I finally am squatting over 300 with relative ease now. Unfortunately, I felt something tear at the top of my upper right quad while doing 1-legged DB squats (while working the left leg!). I suspect it’s a hip flexor, but am unsure.
It’s not too bad right now, but I’m sure it’s going to get worse and tighten up throughout the day.
