Good workout. I enjoyed this one. I kept Pendlay rows very tight and strict - going to be doing these for a while.

DE Bench Press (3 sets close grip, 4 sets narrow, 3 sets normal wide):

Chins (underhand, hammer, close-underhand,hammer):
