		<description>Good ol gap band, lol. It certainly takes some work on getting the hands in that tight. I used to squat holding the bar as wide as possible (right next to the supports), but I slowly moved it in over time. Everytime I would move it in a few inches my shoulders would be pretty sore for a few days afterwards.</description>

		<description>You must have amazing flexibility in your shoulders to get you hands in that close on the bar, and that was mine and my wife's skating rink song from way back in 1980.</description>
