To do a cuban rotation hold a dumbbell in each hand, bring your upper arm so it is parallel with the floor, and then bend each arm 90 degrees. From there simply rotate the dumbbells upwards keeping your upper arm parallel to the floor at all times. You can do them with a barbell too as well.</description>
