		<description>ahh i see a nice set of 20 in there...i use to do those...3x a week..the #1 cause of hip problems across the world...im convinced haha nice though...id like to squat 175 for 50 one of these days but it doesnt really fit into my routine right now so i might have to put that on hold</description>
