		<description>Thanks - they are rough, I try to stay a hair above rock bottom so they don't stress them too much. Since my right hip is extra sensitive due to my blood clot I had I have to descend super slow and come out of the hole pretty slow and steady. I am not able to do a quick drop and really pop out of the hole yet.</description>

		<description>That is exactly what it is - the double biceps pose curl movement. I forgot what the 'right' name of the movement was and didn't feel like looking it up ;)

edit: I looked it up and apparently the common name IS double biceps curl, lol.
