Happy monday…big week at work and I wanted to get in a great workout today. I think it went well but I was really beat after squats and rack pulls

Squats - ATG; with chains:

Rack Deadlift - barbell; 2″ below knees:
315x6x1
405x6x1
495x5x1
515x5x1
455x6x1

Grayson Calf Raise:
185x12x3
