Lots of snow in Chicago today meant that we trained later than usual. Things moved quickly and I was home in less than 90 minutes.

Clean Grip Deadlift(Went quickly with about 20 seconds rest between each set):
275x2x8

Romainian Deadlifts:
225x8x1
255x8x1
275x8x1

Dumbbell Squats:
65x8x3

Duchaine Calf Raise:
65x10x3

Duration: 60 minutes
