    I’m actually getting into it. The DVD I just bought seems to have more lower body stuff (warrior poses) and after I’m done I can actually feel it in my legs. I’m going to see if the local “Y” has a Saturday “Yoga for Dummies” class or something. Plus it seems to help remove the stress of the day.
