Dear God i have to go to bed! so tired, my right hip and my back hurts not sure why. Ive kind of tried to cut back on the lifting stuff and concentrating on mostly (well only lately) cardio. Which has been nice. I can tell at work the difference in what all this working out stuff has done, My goal now is to try to not be so tired. Going to bed is so boring, but i always regret it in the morning(not going to bed earlier i mean)
