Current Routine and Diet
Basic 4 days a week, low volume routine. A lot is based on how I feel going into the day. Changes often do to school stress.
Sunday: Squat
ME Squat (squat, box squat, paused oly squat)
Secondary Squat Movement
Chest Supported or Yates Rows or DB Rows
Tuesday: Bench Assistance
CGBP or Floor Press
DB Bench Press
Delts
Thursday: Deadlift
Deadlift (sumo, rack pull, elevated, sldl)
Pull Ups
Shrugs
Friday: Bench Press
Bench Press (paused, tng, one board, 2 board)
Board Press (3 brd, 2 brd)
Flyes/Delts/Triceps
Diet
this is only what I eat when its a normal schedule… but I have no qualms of eating whatever the hell I want. Especially when the girlfriend feeds me
Meals #1: Grits, 9 eggs
Meal #2: whey + olive oil shake
Meal #3: 3 cans of tuna, one egg, mayo, and sometimes a bowl of oatmeal
Meal #4: 1.5 lbs of hamburger, 2 cups of refried beans (if I lift, this is post workout)
Meal #5: 8 eggs
When I lift, meal #2 is changed to whey + oats and it is pre workout. Post workout is whey+ oats + dextrose.
