I forgot why I don’t do standing military… my back was killing me this morning. back to the seated military press lol

oly squats went pretty good. single felt great… I will do 405 whenever I do these again.

didn’t want to push the back too hard today, so I just did sub maximal singles. they pretty much felt like poopy lol. did singles bc form stays more strict than with multi rep sets

first set of pins squats were hard as hell so I didn’t increase the weight. second set was easy as hell… just had to find a groove i suppose. the depth was above parallel… probably APF/WPO/IPA legal for WR squats :D

My diet has been shit recently because I have been too busy, I haven’t gotten any sleep sense saturday night, and I had to lift late because I had to do some shit so I can work tomorrow and I had lab from 5-8…. but I had a great day lifting actually.

Can’t lift tomorrow because of work and my gym closes at gay times, so I will lift again Saturday morning.

Went too light on the cgbp, wasn’t hard in the slightest.

DB bench felt pretty good… next week will prolly do 120 bc I don’t feel like ductaping a 5 and a 2.5 on there… that would be a pain inthe ass. the 5’s fit on perfect lol. they didn’t slide or break my cheap duct tape.
