My form was right on the money today. I was stunned considering I haven’t squatted without a box in forever. The weight felt great, got to 495 which was as high as I planning on going today… and it went up great. So I just thought… wth go for it. Load up 545… got it out of the hole about 2-3 inches above parallel…
boom… pain shoots through my glutes and hammies from the usual spot on my lower back.
Squats- Belt, Wraps:

Olympic Squats- Very Loose Wraps (Wraps were so loose that I didn’t even stretch the fabric. Kept my patella tendon from hurting):

DB Rows:
100×20x2
Will find out how bad I hurt my back in a couple hours. Judging by how quick it tightened just on the car ride home (5 mins), I am not optimistic
