Have been doing the following program for 8 weeks, and its time to change it! Weight is in Kg.

Upright Row:

Decline Dumbbell Bench Press:
25×12x3

Weighter Crunches:
10×25x3

Weighted Decline Crunch:
10×25x3

Decline Reverse Crunch:
0×20x2

Barbell Lunge:
30×12x3

Incline Dumbbell Curl:
10×12x3
