-tried to get suit on again today
-suit went much higher today; got both straps on over shoulders (stretched legs w/ basketball when I went home this past weekend)
-once I got it to the point where both straps were up, I took them off, threw on belt, and gave 405 a ride; it only moved 4-5″
-was suit high enough? just a very tight suit? should I have been able to sink 405 to depth 1st try?
-10lb pr on concentric GM’s
-abs stronger; gotta increase incline now

Started Meathead (James)’s speed box squat cycle (40% 12×3, 50% 8×3, 60% 6×2). These were surprisingly hard considering it was 40% lol
