This was the sequel to Tuesday’s workout
Friday, November 23rd, 2007. . . and like all sequels, it was bigger, more intense, and sucked.
The squats were especially tough because my legs were still sore, and the row was tough because I haven’t done any cardio since I don’t know when. I had planned to do 10 minutes and only ended up doing 6. I was alternating 30 seconds fast/slow.

this was not an easy workout for me. if I trained like this 3 times per week I’d be ripped.
