Speedy Gonzalez

I had a really frustrating run this morning. My cardio is there, my muscles are there, but my knees are bitching out. By the time I got to the half mile point they felt like two balls of molten lead so I stopped to stretch. I got going again pretty quickly but within the next half mile I noticed I was doing some weird limp/jog thing. I think it could be a new hip hop dance.

I feel like I’m capable of running a lot faster. I’m seeing a doctor tomorrow morning so hopefully this whole knee issue will be a distant memory soon . . .

I might go to the gym later today and manually update.

I hurt my right shoulder on this day. I have no idea how but the pain is what woke me up the next morning. I’m actually writing this on the 29th and it still hurts like hell. I’ve been icing it and taking lots of ibuprofen.

“Reverse sit ups” are a lower back exercise. I don’t know their real name but they are exactly what they sound like.

Warmup was 50 Jumping Jacks and then 10 pushups/10 V-ups/10 Supermans again.

Hip adduction is supposed to help my knees but I have a pulled groin hence the low weight. I’ll have to come back to this exercise when I’m all mended.
