decent workout. weights felt light on everything except bench. squats feel good, ive adjusted my form some from how i used to do them. ive narrowed my stance and pulled my hands closer together so my shoulder blades are pulled together, which seems to make my body more stable. this also allows me to stay more upright too. im really liking overhead db extensions but they absolutely kill my wrist so if they bother me next time i do them im gonna have to drop them. that sucks because its one of the few tricep excercises i like.

back squat:
