goin to high volume for a little while. focusing more on “feel” right now than how much more weight i am doing over last week, although i still plan to have one excercise per bodypart that im going to base progression off of.
as far as the workout goes my strength and my endurance are down due to taking last week off, but that should come back soon. working on keeping rest times shorter to improve conditioning some as well.
