Ab work

Tuesday 
Cardio 1 hour

Wed 
Deadlifts - 315×3 365×3 405×3 455×1x5
Barbell Rows - whatever I can do for 3×10 
Row of choice - whatever I can do for 3×10
Hammer Curls - 45×10x3
20 pullups
30 minutes on eliptical
Ab work

Thursday 
Bench - 175×10x2
Tricep Pulldowns - 3×10
Dips - 2×12
30 minutes of cardio

Friday 
1 hour of cardio

Saturday
Front Squats - 225×3x5
Powercleans 185×3x10
10 sprints at 30 meters each
Ab work
30 minutes of cardio
