Today I went into the gym with the intentions of doing a short, warmup type of workout and ended up being in there for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. I ran a mile in 9:47, I figured id take it easy and ran at a chill 5.5 for 6 minutes and decided I wanted to make it in under 10 minutes because its pathetic if I cant make that, so I was playing catch up running at a pace never before seen by mankind. Please keep in mind I have short legs and your 1 step is = to my 2 steps, ended up running at 10.5 for 1 minute and 11.5 for a minute (95% of sprint). Then I decided to do some bear claws, I could only do 10 before I almost collapsed under the bar (95lbs). Then I went ahead and did 2 sets of 100 with the jump rope. Then went to the stairmaster and at half speed climbed 200 stairs. Then thought itd be cool to go back to the treadmill and walk/jog 1 more mile and call it a day. got to .25miles and my body basically was like….blah. Then I called it a day. I kinda feel like dying right now ![]()
