Current Routine
no set training days but i keep the same bodypart setup and i take days off when need be.
basic split
day1 - deadlift / back and biceps
day2 - chest, shoulders, triceps
day3 - squat / legs
day4 - whatever i want - either a recovery workout, olympic lifting or dynamic training or bodyweight training
I dont like routines or structure as weird as that sounds. I like the freedom to be able to come into the gym and on any given day do whatever i want.
