Many workouts that have not been logged. Bout to get a break finally…so maybe I’ll be keeping up w/ this journal a bit more.

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: I did 5 rounds complete. Felt wasted. Hopefully I’ll get more next time. 15:15. Not bad I guess. Much improvement is needed. Been a while. Cleans 10,9,8,7,6 w/ 85 lbs. Bench 10,9,8,7,6 w/ 85 lbs. Dead lifts 10,9,8,7,6 w/ 135 lbs. Certainly could have done more, but I’m starting back in on things easily. Total time, about 15 minutes. Ran aprox. 2 miles today. Choctaw hill, 17:44. Yesterday I swam 400 meters. 16:40. At home 20:44 533 meters I’ve been swimming a lot lately. I usually do about 200 meters. I’m going to double that next time I think. Today I did jump rope, clean & jerks, push ups, sit ups, squats, and a short sprint on the bike. Maybe 2 miles. There’s one hell of a hill on my trail though. My legs are killing me! Wow, I haven’t worked out in over two weeks. Won’t be able to this weekend either. I’m taking my first check-ride Wednesday, and I’ll be studying my tail off until then. Guess that’s one way to get rid of a fat butt eh? Several workouts have not been logged. I simply don’t have time. Ran Sunday for 18 minutes flat. I think it was 2.6 miles. Wednesday I skipped rope for 20 minutes, broken by 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, and 50 squats. I worked out on Monday too I think, but I forget what I did. No time whatsoever, but flying helicopters is worth it! 15 minutes of jump rope. That’s about all I had time for. =( |
