8/19 – Deadlift – 3’s

Decent pulls today – did not push them too hard since next week is 5-3-1 week, but still did a couple extra reps on the top set. SLDLs were done with 30-45s rests between sets. Pretty easy, but exhausting. The ab-roller broke on my last set, which was unfortunate.
