12/16 – Sheiko – Session 19

Low volume, low intensity workout. Was supposed to do 3 singles @ 255 on overheads but I decided to do some heavier weights just to help myself mentally acclimate to a possible PR attempt next week. Did a few singles with 295, which felt OK. 315 certainly wasn’t there today, but then again I wasn’t really fired up, and I wasn’t feeling very recovered from last week yet. Paused my 3 singles for a few seconds each @ 440 on atg squats (wrapless), and they were a cake-walk.
