6/26 – Sheiko #32 – Session 2

Awesome session. Today was the ‘skills test’ day, which has you max on the big three. I don’t think I’ve ever done all three of the lifts in the same workout, let alone maxing on them back to back to back, so I wasn’t sure what to expect; especially considering I am constantly fatigued due being in a caloric deficit and being on my ninth consecutive week of Sheiko. I ended up with a 20lb PR on ATG squats, 15lb PR on floor press, and came close to a PR on deads. 715 was just too heavy, but I think 690-700 would have went. Pretty encouraging stuff!
