Nice shoulder work today. Completely exhausting. Hit the 260 double on overheads pretty easily; 210 for 3 triples was cake. Single-arm overheads were generally easy, but I had troubles with the 110 db as it kept rolling off my shoulder (loose end caps) and I wasted all my energy trying to keep the thing on my shoulder. Finished with lateral work.
